1. Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms and may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions taken under your account.

2. Fair Play and Integrity

OnePSR relies on the honesty of its community to calculate accurate Pickleball Skill Ratings (PSR). By using this service, you agree to:

• Only record legitimate match scores.
• Not manipulate scores to artificially inflate or deflate a rating.
• Not create multiple accounts to manipulate the leaderboard or ratings.

We reserve the right to audit match history and suspend or ban any account suspected of score manipulation.

3. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality — including the OnePSR algorithm and interface design — are and will remain the exclusive property of OnePSR and its licensors.

4. Limitation of Liability

OnePSR is a digital tool for tracking matches and skill ratings. We are not responsible for any physical injuries, accidents, or damages that occur while playing pickleball. Please play safely and be aware of your surroundings on the court.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
